Intelligent Inventions reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, without liability, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If Intelligent Inventions cancels your order after your credit card details have been accepted, a full refund will be issued to you.

Intelligent Inventions pricing is set to ensure we offer you, the customer the best value possible. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices are determined by Intelligent Inventions Prices will always be fair and in accordance to the cost of goods. Intelligent Inventions will always endeavour to provide value for its customers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Delivery Policy.
Intelligent Inventions will endeavour to have all customer orders shipped within 3 days of purchase. Some products may take longer to be sent due to stock holds and inventory. Goods will be received within 15 days of purchase or sooner. Some orders may be split and sent in different bags depending on stock availability at the time orders are picked and packed. There will be no extra cost incurred with this.

Returns Policy.
BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT.
All returns must be authorised by Intelligent Inventions before sending back.
